The amount of support from management and co-workers is incredible. The feeling that you are not alone in anything that you do and there is always someone there to back you up and help through any situation that arises. You don’t get that much anymore from employers, after training is completed, if there is any, you’re on your own but not at Marsh. There is continual support.

Longevity
One of the things that stands out for me is that everyone within Marsh gets along with each other and really cares for their coworkers. It’s truly a family atmosphere. The employees’ longevity and the companies speak a lot to me. Marsh has been around since 1935 and is constantly evolving. The owners are completely involved in the business and truly care about their employees. They’re open to sharing information about the company.
