WVL Weatherproof PV Connector

The new WVL Series connectors were developed to meet all UL requirements for use outdoors for solar panel applications. These weatherproof connectors were designed for extreme moisture and ultra violet exposure. The receptacle half has an integral loop for securing the connectors to the support structure using a wire tie. Interlocking dovetails allows housings to be locked together to form a 2-position connector.

The WVL connector kit includes; receptacle housing, plug seal assembly, two retainers, four Wire Seal O-Rings, and a connector housing unlocking tool. Unmating is simplified via a special unlocking tool provided. The latch arms of the receptacle are designed to be easily separated by the unlocking tool but make unintentional separation difficult.
